Hi my name is Sean Waldie and I’m a registered osteopathic manual practitioner (D.O.M.P)

Since 2011 I have worked in the fields of physical rehabilitation. I hold numerous designations and training certifications related to improving the quality of an individuals life. My mission has always been “ to be the spark that ignites a person towards a better life” Through manual therapy, corrective exercise and lifestyle adjustments I have witnessed countless numbers of people improve their life.

My work has delivered effective results for individuals with: back pain, neck pain, herniated discs, postural issues, degenerative joints, shoulder pains, stress headaches, migraines, concussions, multi-level spinal injuries, sleep disorders and the list goes on. Over my career I have taught, treated and trained in many therapeutic places including Toronto Rehab, College Of Physicians and Surgeons, Medical Clinics, Health Studios, Client’s homes, Seniors homes, Palliative care spaces, Refugee camp & food distribution centers.

I personally had a multi disc injury to the low back when I was in my early twenties. That injury became my pathway into this work which I have dedicated the better part of my life, as all these methods and therapies really do make a difference and improve the quality of life.
