I first started working with Sean when I was at my worst, Sean gently guided me through movements and strengthening exercises, often providing immediate relief from the pain. Under a year later I can say that I am almost completely recovered. His work helped me to improve my posture, my core strength and my outlook, as well as teaching me healthier habits to incorporate into my daily life. The bulging disks have healed and the exercises I learned from Sean have allowed me to maintain excellent posture. The experience taught me that my condition is manageable and I no longer live in fear of backsliding to chronic pain.
